Шелкография

Textile printing: digital, thermal transfer, silk screen printing and sublimation printing — we use the most reliable and advanced technologies. Application is possible on any color of textiles. We print on T-shirts, hoodies, shirts, polo shirts, T-shirts, bags, on the cut. The options for printing images can be varied. It can be an inscription, a logo, a picture, a drawing or a photo. When printing on textiles, there is a very clear transfer of all the details of the image and color transitions. We are not limited in the minimum print size, but we have some frames for maximum application. We work with various types of textiles.

Шелкография

The essence of this method is the wholesale printing of circulations. Exclusively silk-screen printing can be used to print large print runs. With this method, special effects printing is also possible, which deprives digital and sublimation printing of such an opportunity. Images printed with plastisol paints are very durable. However, this method does not print single copies. This is due to the fact that the preparatory process (the frame production process) takes a lot of time.

Digital printing

The image is applied with a special textile printer with water-based paints. The advantage of this technology is that it is possible to print one product in a short time. It is possible to apply a full-color image on both light and dark fabrics. There are also no restrictions on the choice of material. It is impossible to print on synthetic fabrics on a textile printer. It is possible to print on hoodies and sweatshirts.

Thermal transfer printing

The method is often used when it is necessary to make personalization on the product. A huge number of films for printing make the product quite interesting: various kinds of “mirrors”, velvet, matte, glossy and other films are used in thermal transfer. It is also possible to manufacture one product. You can learn more about each printing method by going to the corresponding section.

Sublimation printing

This method implies printing on textiles made of synthetic materials. The image “in the mirror” is transferred on special paper or film, after which it is transferred to a synthetic material. Further, the sewing production gives the printed material the final appearance of the finished product. Sublimation itself is a cheap method. It is often used by young printing houses, because the cost of production is very small. Sublimation does not apply to the direct type of printing.
